Sandefjord have made Oskar Kapskarmo's move permanent. The forward signed a contract tying him to the club until 2030 after impressing during a loan from Egersund.

Sporting director Matteus Bårdsen confirmed the club triggered the purchase option. He has been very good in the matches he has played, he has contributed four goal points and shows he has a lot to offer, said Bårdsen. He added that the player fits the club's desired profile and will increase competition within the squad.

Kapskarmo himself expressed great enthusiasm for the project at Sandefjord. I signed because I think the project and what is being built in Sandefjord now is very exciting, said the forward.

The permanent move comes with Sandefjord sitting 11th in the Eliteserien. Their most recent victory was a home win against Start.

The next challenge is an away fixture against Rosenborg. Securing Kapskarmo on a long-term deal is a move to bolster the attacking line ahead of this important match.
